SenseiiWyze – Predictive Mission Readiness
Tech Focus Area
Training
Abstract
Technology is accelerating. Are the troops? A 1991 U.S. Army study found 18% computer anxiety among Army users. Global research now reports 40% technostress among civilian ICT users. No comparable current military baseline exists for today’s AI-intensive environment. Technostress takes five forms: overload, invasion, complexity, insecurity, uncertainty. Acquisition professionals, front-line support, and warfighters may look equally qualified yet carry very different readiness risk.

SenseiiWyzeTM is an AI-powered predictive behavior analytics engine. Troops complete three data profiles: personality, puzzle/maze performance, and a one-page picture-based vision board. The engine integrates ten behavioral and capability categories to predict technology readiness, technostress risk, role alignment, and intervention need before training resources are spent.
SenseiiWyzeTM facilitates human-in-the-loop employee development. The output is a pathway forward, not pass/fail.
Four-year civilian validation (350 economically disadvantaged learners): 284.4% return on technology training investment. Among 203 learners who completed all three profiles, training completion rose 631.4%. Learners gained middle-level skills to secure average salaries 115.5% higher than admission salaries. Modernization needs SenseiiWyzeTM to accelerate AI and tech adoption and ROI.
