The US Department of Defense is partnering with industry and academia on an initiative to fulfill a required expertise in visual display systems (VDS) for trainers in specific units to capture and identify current deficiencies in the current VDS, and a path towards improving and upgrading them. The selected industry team will be expected to provide analysis in rendering and modernizing the system to comply with military specific training requirements.

Specific goals will include:

• Layout Design
• Content Creation and Management
• System Integration
• Calibration and Maintenance
