Overview

Join us at Warner Robins Air Force Base (AFB) for an NCMS Sustainment Accelerator! This exclusive Sustainment Accelerator is being held in coordination with the Organic Industrial Base (OIB) Commanders and Leaders Peer-to-Peer conference. NCMS, in partnership with Warner Robins AFB, is hosting the Sustainment Accelerator September 8th-10th on base at Warner Robins Air Force Base in Georgia.

The US Air Force operates three Air Logistics Complexes (ALCs), one of which lies within Warner Robins AFB. Its maintenance groups are key units in the Air Force that handle the heavy lifting of maintaining, repairing, and overhauling aircraft and their components. They cover everything from inspections and modifications to repairs and even manufacturing, all to ensure military aircraft stay in top shape and ready for action.

Warner Robins AFB is also home to the 78th Air Base Wing and over 50 mission partners, making it vital to Air Force operations. It’s the largest industrial complex in Georgia, with almost 22,000 civilians, contractors, and military personnel—proudly known as Team Robins Plus—working together to keep everything running smoothly.

The OIB Commanders and Leaders Peer-to-Peer conference will bring together military leadership and decision-makers from government-owned industrial facilities including arsenals, depots, shipyards, and manufacturing plants that support critical military needs. OIB officials will be briefed on the CTMA program prior to entering the showcase. Exhibitors will not only gain high visibility for their products and services, but they’ll also learn about opportunities for collaboration among the leading technology experts who serve the Department of Defense (DOD).

How to get the most out of your participation at an NCMS Sustainment Accelerator

Each exhibitor’s space will be visited by individuals representing Government, Industry, and Academia. Please have a prepared “elevator” description of your technology and how it will benefit maintenance and sustainment efforts. This prepared speech should engage your audience quickly. Be prepared to demonstrate your technology or offer a short presentation on how your technology works. Be sure that you display deliverables that speak to the benefits of your technology, and if possible, provide handouts or other marketing collateral.

Actionable Items

  • Make sure your team has an elevator speech. Be prepared to describe your technology solution/service and its benefits in 30 seconds or less.
  • Demo, demo, demo! Demonstrations draw attention at the event.
  • Bring plenty of collateral!
  • Keep your exhibit space staffed. Traffic is unpredictable and intermittent, so plan to have a representative at your table during all show hours.
  • Refrain from packing up or leaving before the event ends. An empty tabletop reflects poorly upon your company/organization.

Online Directory: As a part of exhibitor registration, you are required to submit company and technical abstracts. To make a lasting impact, be sure to complete this package by submitting your logo and quad chart to eventsupport@ncms.org.
