Established in 1998, the Commercial Technologies for Maintenance Activities (CTMA) Program offers a proven framework to rapidly advance the demonstration, evaluation, and transition of commercial sustainment technologies and processes that improve warfighter readiness and serve the public good. As a partnership between NCMS and the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War, Materiel Readiness (ODASW MR), the CTMA Program brings together partners from government, industry, and academia to deliver new technology solutions at optimal value and lowest risk.
