The US Department of War is partnering with industry and academia on a multiphase CTMA initiative to leverage commercial industry best practices, tools, and emerging technologies to refine and optimize processes that improve organizational production, maintenance, and sustainment outcomes at specific shipyards. This initiative will optimize Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH) maintenance and repair capabilities and processes that will provide new analytical tools to better predict and retire unscheduled RCOH maintenance and system restoration tasks.

Phase VI will build upon the accomplishments and lessons learned from previous project phases and focus on transitioning from initial process development activities toward expanded enterprise-level implementation, standardization, and process maturation.
