This initiative delivered tangible and far-reaching results by developing a repeatable, scalable, and data-driven set of sustainment processes tailored to identifying, assessing, and provisioning mission-critical non-ASL repair parts and consumables at the unit level. These newly established processes address longstanding sustainment challenges tied to legacy systems – specifically those with aging supply chains, inadequate technical documentation, and limited vendor support.
