All submittals must be self-contained within the specified page limit.  Internet website addresses (URLs) may not be used to provide information necessary to review.  It is essential that all response submittals be complete and accurate at the time of submission, as NCMS reserves the right to reject submittals that do not comply with submittal instructions.  All documents submitted must be unclassified.

Additional Requirements:

  • Limit submittals to 10 pages, not including the cover/title page.
  • Provide your approach to demonstrating the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) described above. Special focus on the central, common, command and control (C2) capability is critical.  Emphasize any and all cyber security certifications and credentials available for the C2 system and for any of the individual ground robotic systems to be demonstrated.  Discuss the effort required to adapt off-the-shelf ground robotic capabilities to the common C2 system.
  • Identify current Technology Readiness Level (TRL) with justification. Capabilities shall be TRL 7 or above.  Prior experience demonstrating or operating autonomous vehicles on airfields is preferred.
  • Delineate the team being proposed to demonstrate the MVP. Please list the specific individuals and the companies participating in this effort.  All participants must be US citizens.  No foreign nationals may participate.
  • Provide a cost summary form in your submittal. This page counts against the 10-page submittal limit.
  • Provide a video of multiple ground robotic systems operating under a common command and control capability with the 10-page submittal.
