Two principal objectives were achieved by the project team: the development of standardized co-simulation and model exchange infrastructure for Chrono and Chrono::Vehicle, and the introduction of a relative coordinate formulation capability for modeling sub-assemblies within Chrono’s existing absolute coordinate framework. Results demonstrated tangible, production-ready software delivered to the broader simulation community under the BSD-3 Chrono license.
