CTMA Project #: 140965
Problem: The U.S. Army Deputy Chief of Staff (G1) needs an integrated system that will better calculate IRR requirements, identify best qualified Soldiers to fill the requirements, coordinate/schedule/synchronize training to re-integrate IRR Soldiers back into the Army, and track the Soldiers as they proceed through the training pipeline, integrate into their newly assigned units and deploy to obtain additional functional capability.
Benefit: Any large industry or organization in need of an enterprise-wide common information technology platform to facilitate visualization and shared awareness of their organizations personnel, movable assets, and internal and external capabilities could potentially benefit from this project.
Solution/Approach: This phase will follow an agile process, integrating IRR mobilization processes into the existing MOBCOP system. The automated solution will share mission data among Army enterprise partners, while maintaining a real-time audit of data changes throughout the system.
