Technical Interchange Meeting

In partnership with the Office of the Assistant Deputy Secretary of War for Materiel Readiness and the U.S. Navy’s Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base (NSB), NCMS is facilitating a Technical Interchange Meeting (TIM) on September 10th, 2026, focusing on key capabilities the NSB is looking to modernize and implement.

The Technical Interchange Meeting, to be held on base, will be an informational session only. Attending companies do not need to bring any demonstration materials nor have presentations prepared. This event will be held to have questions answered and obtain draft specifications on the requirements Kings Bay is looking to fill. More detailed information regarding desired capabilities and after-event actions will be provided when registration for the TIM opens.
