In partnership with the US Navy Commander Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC), NavalX Southern Maryland (SOMD) Tech Bridge, and local student STEM programs, NCMS is hosting a Sustainment Accelerator at the Patuxent River Naval Air Museum July 8th-July 10th in Lexington Park, MD.
COMFRC works with other Naval Aviation Enterprise stakeholders, including NAVAIR Program Managers, logistics, and engineering competencies and commercial partners to deliver “Best Value” in support of warfighter requirements. The NavalX SOMD Tech Bridge also plays a crucial role in supporting the Navy’s needs by helping activate the technological ecosystem and infrastructure in the region through collaboration with the local industrial and academic base.
Industry and academic partners are invited to share potential innovations in technology that can support the Navy’s needs, while having the opportunity to demonstrate their technologies to DOD leadership in real-time. As a bonus, exhibitors will also be able to conduct outreach with up-and-coming technology students, as COMFRC and SOMD Tech Bridge will invite local high school and college STEM programs to collaborate and showcase the concepts and technological advancements they are developing.
Exhibitors will not only gain high visibility for their products and services, but they’ll also learn about opportunities for collaboration among the leading technology experts who serve the Navy’s maintenance and sustainment community.
Stay tuned for more information coming soon about registration requirements, desired capabilities, lodging information, and more.
