Overview

The National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS), in collaboration with the Eastern North Carolina Tech Bridge, Craven County Economic Development, and Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE), is proud to host a Sustainment Accelerator at the Riverfront Convention Center located in New Bern, North Carolina.

This event invites industry and academic partners to highlight innovative technologies that support the focus areas of the Eastern North Carolina Tech Bridge: MRO Operations, Advanced Manufacturing, Augmented & Mixed Reality, Automation & Robotics, Data Analytics & Visualization, and Workforce Development.

Exhibitors will gain valuable exposure for their technologies and services, while exploring new opportunities for collaboration within the Navy and Marine Corps’ maintenance and sustainment community and other Tech Bridge ecosystem partners.

Items cannot arrive more than three days before the event. Please note that a pallet jack is available for use, but there is no forklift. Individuals will be responsible for packing and unpacking of all demonstration materials. Please remember to remove all equipment and display materials at the conclusion of the event.  

Wi-Fi: Complimentary internet access is available  throughout the conference space. 

Electricity: Ample electricity is available throughout space. If specific requirements are needed please note on registration.

Parking and Loading  

  • All parking is under the exclusive control of Convention Center management and the
  • No parking in fire lanes, service roads, loading dock areas or any other Unauthorized vehicles will be removed at owner’s expense.
  • The Convention Center provides two parking lots; an on site lot, and a lot directly a Center. Other surrounding parking areas are available, however, vehicles parked or to applicable regulations.
