COAST has developed a proprietary 6-Level Autonomous Vehicle (AV) system that includes mapping, localization, robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), fleet management, and supervision. COAST’s AV System is designed for safety first and is optimized for the user experience. All COAST vehicles have built-in redundancies and will always be able to stop safely. COAST vehicles analyze the environment to provide optimum safety for passengers, pedestrians, and any other vehicles. Using off-the-shelf perception sensors and electronics allows COAST to offer an affordable and flexible solution.
