Phillips is the exclusive supplier of Haas machines to the DOD and all Federal Agencies. Phillips represents over 21 OEM partners, maintains professional relationships with many others, which allows us to deliver comprehensive manufacturing solutions for our customers. We supply mills & lathes, waterjets, bending and forming equipment, laser scanners, CAD/CAM software and training, deliver expert service and maintenance, and perform engineering services.

Phillips continues to innovate new manufacturing processes including the development of our own OEM line of Hybrid machine tools, which involves Haas CNC mills combined with Additive manufacturing via the integration of Meltio Direct Energy Deposition (DED) laser welding heads. Phillips Hybrid solutions combine the best of traditional CNC machining with a laser welding head, allowing a user to deposit and remove metal on the same machine. This is a new paradigm in manufacturing where materials can be supplied for virtually any size of finished part (provided it fits within the machine envelope). Our Hybrid machines are deployable, point-of-need manufacturing solutions, offering the warfighter new agile and previously unimaginable capabilities as exemplified by the US Navy’s installation of our Phillips Hybrid machines aboard the USS Wasp and USS Bataan.
