The U.S. Army is partnering with industry and academia on an initiative to explore a series of new or improved processes and corresponding metrics that demonstrate and measure the effectiveness of the Army-wide Corrosion Prevention and Control program. These processes—in the form of plans, procedures, guidebooks, templates, and flow charts—are intended to improve the success of organization-wide programs in reducing the negative impacts of corrosion on fielded equipment and infrastructure.
