The US Department of Defense is partnering with industry and academia on an initiative to assist DOD organizations in their digital transformation and sustainment operations efforts, so they can adapt and exceed the challenges presented by our nation’s near-peer competitors. The overall goal will be to follow the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) and Agile software development frameworks to:
- Identify authoritative data requirements.
- Assess and evaluate COTS options.
- Demonstrate and evaluate application.
- Present recommendations and roadmaps
