The US Department of Defense is partnering with industry and academia on an initiative to advance the state of the art in advanced digital tools and agile processes needed to enable the integration of advanced capabilities with current vehicle architecture. The overall goal is to streamline integration of advanced Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) defeat capabilities onto a current vehicle platform.

Special emphasis will include the following objectives:

• explore cost reduction efforts for providing C-UAS defeat capabilities
• conduct a prototype integration, demonstration, and testing regime of various C-UAS solutions
• determine effectiveness and impacts to platform system and subsystem performance and availability
