The US Department of Defense is partnering with industry and academia on a multiphase CTMA initiative to help supply chain managers address, through data and documentation, efforts to improve the agility and resilience of the performance-based and strategic acquisition contracting efforts to support maintenance and sustainment activities with a multi-prong approach. This effort is intended to reach Tier II technology implementation.
Phase II will build on the successes of the first phase and focus on the development of:
- Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Process Documentation
- PBL Data Analytics and Tools
- Supplier Operations Data Analytics and Tools
- PBL Local Guidance Programs
- Technology Process Improvement Guidance
- PBL Dashboard and Model
- Supplier Operations Dashboard and Model
