The US Department of Defense is partnering with industry and academia on a multiphase CTMA initiative to help supply chain managers address, through data and documentation, efforts to improve the agility and resilience of the performance-based and strategic acquisition contracting efforts to support maintenance and sustainment activities with a multi-prong approach. This effort is intended to reach Tier II technology implementation.

Phase III will build on the successes of the first two phases and continue the development of:

• Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Process Documentation
• PBL Data Analytics and Tools
• Supplier Operations Data Analytics and Tools
• PBL Local Guidance Programs
• Technology Process Improvement Guidance
• PBL Dashboard and Model
• Supplier Operations Dashboard and Model
