The US Department of Defense is partnering with industry and academia on a multiphase CTMA initiative to develop, refine, and deploy a next-generation suite of autonomous services designed to improve the efficiency, scalability, and safety of airfield operations for both the DOD and civilian airfields.
Phase II will build on the successes of phase I and will expand the system’s capabilities with a modular design to include mowing, perimeter security, and flightline deliveries.
