The US Department of Defense is partnering with industry and academia on a multiphase CTMA initiative to help organizations visualize and identify data sectors that can be addressed to lower supply chain costs, while simultaneously developing capabilities and processes for improving performance metrics. An industry partner must begin with proper assessment of current costs and performance of product lines and extend the assessment through the entire product life cycle within the supply chain.
Phase VI of this initiative will expand on work accomplished during prior phases. In addition specific goals will include:
- Establishment of post-award administration workload management and decision-making tools
- Creation of local interactive guidance tools governed by adult learning theory
- Creation and development of complex processes to expand the knowledge contract administration in documentation libraries for the Defense Logistics Agency
If you feel your organization has the technical capabilities and would like to be considered for this project, please complete the form below and upload your organization’s technical capabilities statement.
Interested Submissions Due by 4/30/24.
