Project Announcement: Digital Engineering Training Lab

The US Department of Defense is partnering with industry and academia on an initiative to develop a digital engineering training lab concept, demonstrate the effectiveness of this environment, and develop a guided, predefined, training workflow that will be used as a pilot for future scalability.

Specific objectives for this effort are:

  • Demonstrate how a digital engineering training lab environment can be stood up in a secure gov cloud environment
  • Train 10 Army engineers as a pilot program
  • Document the requirements for scalability
