About NCMS Programs

NCMS has three programs: the CTMA Program organizes technology demonstrations that improve maintenance and sustainment for the Department of Defense (DOD) and the public good; the NCMS Digital Enterprise provides a secure, multi-cloud digital ecosystem for organizations to collaborate on solving engineering challenges; and the NCMS Environmental Programs supply resources to help multiple industries stay compliant with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations.

CTMA

The Commercial Technologies for Maintenance Activities (CTMA) Program is a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense that enables the development and demonstration of new technology solutions geared toward maintenance and sustainment.

Digital Enterprise

The NCMS Digital Enterprise delivers a secure, multi-cloud digital ecosystem to organizations requiring next-generation engineering tools and a fully functional, software-agnostic framework in which to demonstrate new solutions and safely collaborate with multiple partners.

Environmental Programs

NCMS’s Environmental Programs provide resources to help organizations stay compliant with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. It serves as a gateway to industry and statute-specific compliance guidance.
