About NCMS Programs

NCMS has two programs: the CTMA Program organizes technology demonstrations that improve maintenance and sustainment for the Department of War (DOW) and the public good; and the NCMS Digital Enterprise provides a secure, multi-cloud digital ecosystem for organizations to collaborate on solving engineering challenges.

CTMA

The Commercial Technologies for Maintenance Activities (CTMA) Program is a cooperative agreement with the Department of War that enables the development and demonstration of new technology solutions geared toward maintenance and sustainment.

Digital Enterprise

The NCMS Digital Enterprise delivers a secure, multi-cloud digital ecosystem to organizations requiring next-generation engineering tools and a fully functional, software-agnostic framework in which to demonstrate new solutions and safely collaborate with multiple partners.
